The Quality Assurance Manager supports Company objectives by being involved with the day-to-day operations of the Quality department. This professional will uphold and enforce the quality program defined within the quality manual which is written to comply with ISO 9001 requirements, including ISO/IEC 80079-34 ATEX Directive and ISO/TS22163 (IRIS).
Qualifications:
Understanding of and implementation of ISO 9001, ATEX, IRIS, and other Statutory/Regulatory requirements
External/internal auditor; will be required to complete internal audit training to quality standards
Strong understanding in APQP, FMEAs, Control Plans, Statistical Methods, Measurement Systems Analysis and Product Part Approval Process
Highly skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical/technical drawings and routings
Proven ability to develop and mentor team members
Situationally appropriate and tactful communication skills, both written and verbal
