Job Summary:

Working as a generation engineer at LCRA is a key function to support the reliable supply of electricity for the people of Central Texas. The Generation engineers work with plant engineers, maintenance, operations, asset management and others.

This position requires performing variety of engineering assignments including but not limited to field investigation, solving, report writing, design calculations, and drawing plans and details. There will be opportunities to learn on the job, use engineering principles, and phenomenal comradery with co-workers! You qualify with:

• Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas  
• Driver's license

You are a great fit with:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with eight years’ experience in a related field.
