PURPOSE OF POSITION The Senior PTC Office Systems Engineer will interface with various railroad operating groups to ensure that all the aspects of the PTC Backoffice systems are operational, complying, and current with railroad operating practices and policies to assure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all trains. The Senior PTC Office Systems Engineer will work with a variety of system but not limited to Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Back Office Server (BOS), Customer Information System (CIS), Mobile Device Manager (MDM), and Interoperable Train Control Messaging (ITCM).
