The successful candidate will be a high-energy, visionary, and goal-oriented individual who provides leadership through dynamic undergraduate and graduate programs, innovative and diverse engagement activities, and cutting-edge research. Successful candidates are required to have an earned doctorate in aviation, aerospace, education, or a related field. Ideal candidates will also possess high interest and strong ability in corporate/alumni development and global activities. The head must possess the credentials appropriate for appointment at the rank of full professor with tenure at Purdue University.
